Job-Rotation @ Laetus Alsbach
Things are happening at Laetus!
We all know that new ideas need insight if they are to be fully developed. Because fresh brains on the subject often opens up new possibilities, the solution providers at Laetus in Alsbach set great store in the concept of job rotation. Colleagues with a wealth of experience in one field are given an opportunity to apply their skills in another area.
As a result of this thinking, the following members of staff changed departments on 1st October 2008:
- Günter Rodeck – Director Product Management Standard Systems, Marketing & Business Development. With his background knowledge in Development he will be helping to strengthen the link between client requirements and new developments.
- Kay-Uwe Thomas – R&D Manager Identification Systems. He assumes responsibility for the further development of the successful INSPECT wt concept.
- Jörg Liedtke – Product Manager Track & Trace. He now analyses the required functionalities of Track and Trace equipment and coordinates all work in this area.
- Jürgen Schuster – Director R&D Standard Systems. He is in charge of R&D activities relating to all Laetus standard control systems.
- Jörg Grünig – Director Production / Technical Support and Installation. He takes over from Jürgen Schuster and is responsible for production and customer service.
- Markus Noll – Hotline / Technical Support Engineer. He takes over from Jörg Grünig and will be applying his many years of experience as a Laetus technician on the service hotline.
We also congratulate the following individuals on their new posts, starting 1st November:
- Dirk Hendrik Kneusels – Managing Director. Herbert Turnwald passes the reins of the company to the former Laetus Sales Director and retires on 31st October.
