The Intelligent Marking and Control System
PrintSpect offers the ideal solution for smooth marking and verification processes for pharmaceutical products. The modular and extendable structure of the system guarantees the conformity of application in respect of existing and future marking requirements insofar as such are known.
From the basic application (e.g. French CIP) or the serialisation and registration of individual packages (e.g. ITS Turkey, EFPIA) to the integration within a complete T&T solution during the entire production process (e.g. California Law), only what is directly necessary will be integrated.
PrintSpect for Batch Constant Data
The target is the printing of batch constant data. Herewith the 1- and 2-dimensional GS1-conform bar code and plain text can be applied. The content and readability will be inspected online. The system allows a complete verification of all printed information using OCV/OCR control of plain text and bar code (grading) with ANSI/ISO standard.
PrintSpect for Serialised Data
Additional to the batch constant data the version for serialised data imports serial numbers via USB or through XML Interface from supervisory T&T systems and send them to the connected devices, including the batch constant data.
After printing the 1- and 2-dimensional GS1-conform bar code with the part of serial numbers and the batch constant data a complete verification occures, with all printed information including the OCV/OCR control of plain text and bar code (grading) with ANSI/ISO standard. After successful control the qualified serial numbers will be collected in a database. The captured data can be reworked using a handscanner (In Process Control) and transmitted later on in XML-format via USB or through XML Interface to supervisory T&T systems.
PrintSpect with Packhandling System
No matter if the version with batch constant data or the one with serialised data – now PrintSpect shows another strength. With the ARGUS wt operation terminal the settings of machine control can be handled as well as the Laetus components of the wt family. Of course additional wt devices like inspection systems in the cartoner can be operated.
PrintSpect @ MV-100
This compact marking conveyor ensures correct product guidance, thus enabling precise printing of folding boxes – which, in turn, improves efficiency levels in production operations. Laetus has equipped the MV100 with the high-performance PrintSpect Track & Trace system, which facilitates smooth running of the marking and verification process. The machine can be used as a stand-alone unit or be easily integrated into existing packaging lines.
The carton-box can be printed on the front and the back (2nd position optional). The user-friendly handling allows easy maintenance as well as very comfortable operation of machine, printer and control camera.
PrintSpect @ MV-50
For very restricted line space the MV-50 would be a good alternative to the MV-100. With the powerful Laetus PrintSpect modules, this compact machine delivers an exceptional performance on high speeds.
Front and Back printing (2nd Position available as an option) as well as the complete verification of the print convincing as much as the maximum speed of 400 cartons/min. The open design enables the easy integration into existing lines.
