Innovative Lighting Unit

The MiraLux the optical inspection unit with integrated mega pixel camera and LED lighting is used on packaging machines for pharmaceuticals and guarantees highest packaging security.

Duty of the system is the colour-faithful examination of tablets in blisters.

Upper casing includes camera and lighting and the lower casing is designed as light protection. The front flap is used as an inspection window and the lateral flaps protect camera and lighting and creates additional work space during the machine change-over.

The challenge is to find a new constructional solutions and to reflect characteristics of the system such as high-quality, speed and reliability.
