Track&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Trace von Einzelprodukten in der Industrie f\u00fcr fr\u00fchkindliche Ern\u00e4hrung (Early Life Nutrition, ELN) stellt besondere Anforderungen an die Umsetzung. Breites Produktsortiment und hohe Produktmengen erfordern stabile und dennoch flexible Prozesse, um schnelle Produktwechsel zu realisieren. H\u00f6chste Anlagenverf\u00fcgbarkeit hat hier absolute Priorit\u00e4t. China ist bisher das einzige Land, in dem die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit von Baby- und Kindernahrungsprodukten ausschlie\u00dflich gesetzlich geregelt ist. Dazu sollten nicht nur die einzelnen Produkte, sondern auch alle Aggregationsstufen (bis hin zur Palette) eindeutig identifiziert werden. Die Pr\u00e4misse war, dass der Durchsatz der Anlage durch keine zus\u00e4tzlichen Prozessschritte verringert wird.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:30%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/global.laetus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/dam\/web-images\/knowledge-base\/blog-images\/fake-2-454x454-en.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"227\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Basis dieser L\u00f6sung ist die Softwareplattform Laetus&nbsp;UP. Sie bildet eine einheitliche Basis f\u00fcr alle notwendigen Anwendungen und verbindet Kameras, Drucker, Sensoren und Steuerungen. Laetus&nbsp;UP l\u00e4sst sich aus einer Auswahl von Modulen flexibel und bedarfsgerecht konfigurieren. Alle Systemteile tauschen ihre Daten \u00fcber einen einheitlichen Datenaustausch aus. So k\u00f6nnen auch bestehende Drittsysteme einfach und vollst\u00e4ndig in die Softwareplattform integriert werden. Auf der Hardwareseite wurden zwei Maschinenmodule eingesetzt: eines f\u00fcr die Serialisierung und eines f\u00fcr die Aggregation. Die Identifikation und Verifikation der Codes wurde in den bestehenden Prozess integriert, bei einer Produktionsgeschwindigkeit von mehr als 300 Produkten\/Minute. Rationalisierte, automatisierte Prozesse sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass die Produktivit\u00e4t der Anlage mindestens auf dem gleichen Niveau bleibt. Neben der Serialisierung bestand die Anforderung, einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Code auf Produktebene anzubringen und diesen zu verifizieren. Dies erh\u00f6hte die Komplexit\u00e4t des Track&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Trace-Projekts, da die beiden Codes der einzelnen Produkte miteinander korreliert werden mussten, wodurch eine zus\u00e4tzliche Datenebene entstand.
