Im Jahr\u00a02019 hat das Unternehmen mehr als 520\u00a0Verfahren bei den Justizbeh\u00f6rden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.automotiveworld.com\/news-releases\/zero-tolerance-for-counterfeiters-daimler-combats-trade-in-counterfeit-spare-parts\/\">eingeleitet<\/a> oder begleitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gef\u00e4lschte Teile und gef\u00e4lschtes Motor\u00f6l f\u00fchren zu Misstrauen gegen\u00fcber den Herstellern und schaden deren Ruf. Angesichts dieser Erfahrungen fordern f\u00fchrende Automobilhersteller wie Daimler ihre Zulieferer auf, Markenschutzmechanismen einzuf\u00fchren, um die Echtheit der von ihnen verwendeten Teile und Chemikalien nachzuweisen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"has-cerulean-red-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\">Markenschutztechnologie<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Markenschutzl\u00f6sung bedeutet, dass <strong>jeder einzelne Artikel<\/strong> Ihres Produkts mit einem <strong>eindeutigen Code<\/strong> versehen wird, d. h. dass f\u00fcr jede Flasche Motor\u00f6l eine eindeutige Kennung wie ein Fingerabdruck erstellt wird. Diese eindeutige Kennung enth\u00e4lt 2 Elemente: eine GTIN (enth\u00e4lt GLN) nach GS1-Standard und einen eindeutigen Seriencode. Das auf dem Markt am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendete Format f\u00fcr die eindeutige Kennung ist der <strong>QR-Code<\/strong>. Dieser Code enth\u00e4lt alle Informationen \u00fcber die eindeutigen Kennzeichnungen auf den Flaschen, die im Karton verpackt sind. Das gleiche Verfahren gilt f\u00fcr Kartons und Kisten sowie f\u00fcr Kisten und Paletten. Aggregierte Codes sind ebenfalls QR-Codes, allerdings mit einem anderen Informationsgehalt. Die Technologie, die die Verbindung zwischen Seriencodes und aggregierten Codes sicherstellt, ist die <strong>Aggregation<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald eine Palette vollst\u00e4ndig vorbereitet und das Palettenetikett gedruckt ist, sendet das System eine automatische Information an das ERP-System und an das System der Beh\u00f6rden, dass diese Palette f\u00fcr den Versand bereit ist. Die Bediener scannen nur den QR-Code auf dieser Palette, die h\u00f6chste Stufe des aggregierten Codes. Anhand dieses Codes wei\u00df der Bediener direkt, welche Kisten, Kartons und Flaschen auf dieser Palette enthalten sind. Um den Arbeitsablauf fortzusetzen, hat jedes Distributionszentrum entsprechend seiner Zust\u00e4ndigkeit in der Lieferkette Zugang zu bestimmten Aggregationsstufen, bis es den H\u00e4ndler oder den Endverbraucher des Motor\u00f6ls erreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die H\u00e4ndler k\u00f6nnen jede Flasche mit einer speziellen mobilen App scannen<\/strong>, um Produktions-, Logistik- und technische Details einer bestimmten Flasche zu erfahren.
